Bodywork/Craniosacral Therapy for lip/tongue tie release.

This answer depends on several variables. How tight is the baby? How is feeding going? Who is the release provider (pediatric dentist or ENT)? Has mom seen a lactation or feeding therapist? Are all of their primitive reflexes active?

When we do a newborn or infant assessment we are factoring in all of these variables. We typically find it is 3-4 sessions before the release and then a few after for optimal results (sometimes it is less!)

Thankfully, our clinic works closely with the majority of the preferred pediatric dentists and can help with the coordination of timing.
